GENERAL Mr. Holmes has been practicing law since 1974, his concentration since the inception of his practice being in commercial real estate. That practice has encompassed a broad range, and solid depth of commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of developers and investors, both domestic and foreign, private and institutional, as well as lenders. The transactions in which Mr. Holmes has served as lead attorney have ranged from raw land purchases to complex development transactions involving in excess of $200,000,000, both privately and publicly financed. |
